– When a fan asked popular rapper YCEE for a new phone on Twitter, little did he know he would be getting a sarcastic answer in return

– Perhaps it was the cost of the iPhone 7 that spooked YCEE

– The phone costs above N420, 000

If you are familiar with Nigerian social media, then you’d have noticed that fans have devised a clever way of getting their favorite celebrities to grant them their requests.

Now, these requests can range from asking for a free studio session (in the case of popular producer Leriq), to asking for money to buy textbooks (in the case of Toke Makinwa), or asking for a dinner date (in the case of Mr. Eazi), most celebs usually fulfill the request as soon as he or she completes the task set out for them.

But a fan got more than he bargained for when he asked popular rapper YCEE for an iPhone 7 which currently goes for N420, 000. See YCEE’s response below:
