Prophet Nwoko stirs controversy over doom prophecy
An Enugu based prophet, Anthony Nwoko, has stirred controversy following his warning to President Muhammadu Buhari that his prophecy on Nigeria’s disintegration delivered before the 2015 general elections will still come to pass.
Nwoko who had had predicted the disintegration of Nigeria in the weeks leading up to the 2015 general elections recently dismissed President Buhari’s statement that the turnout of the elections had shamed prophets of doom who predicted the disintegration of Nigeria.
The clergy man told news men in Enugu that though 2015 has come and gone, his prophesy on the disintegration of Nigeria will come to pass.
But Nwoko’s comments have generated a heated discussion among some Nigerians who described the clergy mas as a fraud.
A few however, supported the stance of the clergy man that Nigeria’s disintegration is imminent.
